Programs are grounded in research-backed modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and multiple trauma-informed therapies to build coping strategies, process underlying challenges, and reconnect with their purpose. Clients develop emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being through guided yoga and meditation. They also learn self-care and life skills to support a smooth transition to their new life.

Housing only 10 clients, Monument Recovery’s mid-century modern residence blends comfort, style, and tranquility. Clients stay in private or shared rooms, with desks for attending to work outside program hours. Indoors, clients unwind around chef-prepared meals, meditation in the zen room, or playing ping pong. Outdoors, they relax around the firepit, reinvigorate in the sauna and cold plunge, or take advantage of over 200 parks for hiking, biking, and paddleboarding.

Maintain Progress and Stability with Aftercare

  • Strategies for managing cravings, avoiding triggers, and dealing with setbacks.
  • Ongoing individual therapy, group therapy, or outpatient programming.
  • Access to support groups, alumni events, and recovery-focused communities.
