HealthRIGHT 360 operates over 50 programs in 11 California counties, providing comprehensive treatment services for a diverse range of individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders.

HealthRIGHT 360's Walden House program offers treatment at its Los Angeles 22nd Street clinic. They serve justice-involved clients with substance use and mental health disorders. The substance use treatment is an outpatient program for clients on parole, while the mental health treatment is a residential program that replaces misdemeanor criminal charges. Both treatments pursue the goal of helping clients reintegrate into society and remain out of jail, and both treatments serve clients with co-occurring conditions. They provide 1-on-1 evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), relapse prevention planning, anger management, and financial management.

They call their residential mental health program Misdemeanor Incompetent to Stand Trial (MIST). MIST serves clients facing misdemeanor criminal charges, serving as an alternative to trials and jail time. MIST takes a "harm reduction, housing first" model that focuses on clients' most urgent needs. (Other programs at HealthRIGHT 360's Walden House take an abstinence-based approach, which addresses all concerns simultaneously.)
