Their team of psychologists and licensed clinical social workers is familiar with how various life changes like retirement, new living arrangements, and mobility limitations can cause stress. Total Life aims to make care accessible by offering 1-on-1, group, family, and couples counseling sessions at whatever time is most convenient. They allow patients to choose from multiple therapists and to switch therapists if needed.
