Pause and Breathe with Intentional Yoga
Their monthly, candlelit yoga classes are offered the first Sunday of the month from 6-7PM in the Mendota Movement Room. Instructor Christina Nelson-Johnson leads individuals through grounding practices, breathwork, restorative postures, and gentle somatic movement. Classes involve reflection and journaling, helping clients pause and reconnect with themselves.
