About The Nehemiah Project
This treatment center for men allows them to live on-site and work towards sobriety. The house they live in offers a warm atmosphere where the men can address their addiction and recovery in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. The program is a CBT-based program that helps the men tackle the root of the addiction. The program is abstinence-based and purports itself to be a program that is catered to men who are newly released from prison or are homeless. However, they are open to all men who have a genuine desire for change. Family members of residents are able to visit at any time. After the men leave, the staff strives to keep in contact with them in order to see how they have progressed on their journey to sobriety.
