The Freedom Center also provides a family program to support the whole family through the process.

The PHP program housing is like being in jail and the house is gross/not kept up. Patients are literally locked in the house the majority of evenings and weekends. sometimes they'll take you to the gym or on a field trip, but most of the time you are locked in the house, bussed back and forth to the center between 10-3:30 for programming. dont let the photos on the website lead you astray; this is not like a normal 28 day rehab. you dont live in a treatment center, you live in the house. the IOP is completely generic - i didnt get anything out of it. finally, the men who run this place are arrogant and care more about their egos than the patient experience. i liked my counselors and the clinical supervisor and thats about it. i would not go back.

Treatment was okay until it came to my psych meds and I was told there was a 20-day script I had been out of work for about 5 months and 90-day script would have been free on meds that I had been on I don't understand why 90 days was unrealistic since the psych there should have been able to do it I was told a blood test how what was on the blood test related to psych meds I don't get it was complained for over a month about psych meds and on my last day of service they wanted to take care of it would you have trusted them after over a month of not having psych meds that affect your mood and whether or not you have bad thoughts or withdrawal symptoms The level of care with meds is less than acceptable in my opinion when asked to speak to somebody in charge it was denied when I asked to speak to a James it was transferred to a max never was allowed to talk to James

I came into the freedom center with little hope and direction, but a desire to change my life. Over the past few years I have attended over 10 treatment facilities but never managed to get the hang of recovery. With the help and guidance from the staff at freedom I was able to slowly build my life back together and return into being a successful member of society. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
