Through a 12-step foundation and therapy, the program addresses everything from trauma and anger to legal issues and life skills. By offering a full spectrum of care—from residential support to sober living—St. Christopher’s makes sure that every man 18 and older has a roadmap tailored to his specific needs.

Instead of a quick fix, this 90-day to 8-month journey allows men to untangle their lives, process old traumas, and practice living sober. By combining deep one-on-one therapy with a focus on fitness and nutrition, the program treats the whole man. It’s a patient approach that turns a frantic search for sobriety into a steady walk toward a purposeful life.
