They also offer partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient progams (IOP), and outpatient programs. Effective Therapy
Southern Sky proudly uses research-backed therapies that can help make the biggest impact in clients’ recovery. They use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) which helps clients come to a place of acceptance, but also make the choice to change. Their use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps clients change their thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the world. Because addiction creates a fracture in the family dynamic, Southern Sky provides family therapy if desired.
