My husband was a voluntary inpatient, he left after 3 days because he was only able to see the therapist for 10 minutes during his 72+ hour stay. Started outpatient and the very first session was singled out and humiliated by the group leader (I'm not sure she was even a therapist). They didn't even know he had left the facility in tears until I contacted them threatening to call 911. Incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional, poorly trained, rude, and full of excuses is the BEST I can say about them!!!

This place is a joke, they are not helpful they do not communicate what’s happening or what’s to happen. The doctors only see you once, they don’t help they just try to push meds. And the facility doesn’t allow you to see your loved ones other than scheduled appointed days. All the meanwhile lying to their patients about what happening telling them they can see their loved ones when they can not.

The out-patient 30 days - 6 hours a day is a very effective method for those who genuinely want to keep clean and sober. DETOX is what it is, hard to get through. The medical and psychological Staff are well aware of your needs and every tool necessary to make the transition into and out of DETOX is provided to you for however long it takes. Then, your discharge for in-patient to out-patient facilities is done smoothly. The processes at this facility are of the highest available for the fees charged. I doubt there is anything better for the patient who truly wants to return to a clean and sober life.
