Young women can attend Sandstone’s nearby day treatment to participate in individual, group, and family therapy. Sandstone Care’s therapy provides an individualized, evidence-based focus, creating unique recovery plans for clients to heal and thrive. Clients engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Sandstone Care’s gender-specific sober living home includes 5 bedrooms with full-size beds. The house has a spacious backyard, large outdoor patio, and Wi-Fi.
