Located across from Duke Raleigh Hospital, Sanare Today Raleigh treats adults in central North Carolina with intensive outpatient (IOP) care for mental health disorders like ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma. Their intensive outpatient options include separate tracks for trauma-focused, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-focused, and traditional care. Each therapy track pursues the goals of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Their trauma-focused IOP track uses eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help.

Their groups include up to 8 people and use coping, skills training, and support. Sanare Today encourages family to attend group therapy every few weeks to learn the skills and better understand the clients' recovery.

Their intake team attempts to schedule clients within 24 hours of outreach, and they can sometimes invite patients in for therapy the same day.

Times

Sanare Today Raleigh runs their traditional mental health IOP on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2 to 4:15 p.m.

They run their trauma-focused and DBT-focused IOP groups on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. They schedule individual therapy sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
