Oddly enough their motto here is "We Care". Yet that was the opposite of our experience. They make you suffer for hours and when you agree to go to the residential program they cut your detox to 4 or 5 days. I still felt like crap. They left my daughter outside in the middle of the night no shoes freezing refusing to help her let her use the phone or allow her back in! Shame on them! The admissions people were nice enough but they dont execute that niceness In the facility in Prescott. Hire some caring people that know what it's like to go through withdrawal!

Even though its the only detox center I've ever been to. I couldn't imagine any other treatment/detox center being better than this one. The care i received was phenomenal. It was the most comfortable detox I have ever experienced in my life. The staff, counselors, nurses and as well as the chefs. We're very kind and caring. And all went through great lengths to make sure I felt completely comfortable and at home during my stay at the facility. They all went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations tremendously. And some were able to connect with me on a more personal level and helped overcome some hardship and tramatic events that had happened in my past, That played a huge part in my addiction. So i just want to thank royal life center and all the staff for saving my life. My friends and family thank you all as well.

We love hearing about your treatment experience
