Whether addressing substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, or primary mental health challenges, they deliver treatment built on proven therapeutic methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). They also introduce clients to holistic interventions including yoga, breathwork, and music therapy in drum circles on the beach.

From their peaceful setting just one block from the beach, Seaside Wellness provides the comfort, safety, and focus needed for effective treatment. The campus includes a main building with apartment suites and 3 townhomes, each with semi-private rooms. Patients have access to common areas with TVs, a poolside tiki hut, and a gym. Meals are prepared onsite by a chef, and a large assortment of snacks are available 24/7.

Aftercare at Seaside Wellness helps clients maintain stability, accountability, and confidence as they transition back to daily routines. Their case management team develops a detailed aftercare plan tailored to each client’s needs, lifestyle, and home environment.
