About Peak State Recovery
Most treatment centers stop at sobriety: they pull the substance, then leave clients with the same pain and emptiness waiting to swallow them whole. Peak State Recovery doesn't just help clients quit. Their residential program restores clients’ energy, rebuilds their purpose, and gives them back the life addiction stole. This isn’t a conventional rehab program. It’s a transformation that begins with spa-like detox followed by empowering therapies for long-term healing.
Grow Through Energizing, Evidence-Based Therapies
At Peak State, change happens in motion, not in silence. Each personalized treatment plan emphasizes activities and evidence-based therapies designed to help rebuild energy, confidence, and connection to life. Dynamic group sessions get clients moving—never sitting for hours at a time. Breathwork, meditation, and movement sessions build calm, while art therapy and creative outlets explore feelings. Cognitive behavioral therapy, support groups, and relapse prevention planning help clients identify triggers and develop tools to maintain sobriety.
Stay in an Environment Built to Inspire
Peak State transformed a vacant school into a vibrant 9-acre campus. Former classrooms turned into therapy spaces, shared bedrooms, a yoga and meditation studio, and a rec room. Clients gather in the cafeteria for dietitian-approved meals made fresh daily with local ingredients. They also build strength in the gym with instructor-led fitness sessions, and connect outdoors through team sports and evenings around the fire pit.
Build a Plan for Long-Term Success
Peak State provides community and ongoing support that keep clients energized long after leaving the program. Starting on day one, the team begins discharge planning to prepare the client for their next right step after inpatient treatment. Case management helps set up outpatient care, sober living, and other appointments before discharge. They also stay connected through text check-ins, alumni newsletters, and quick reconnection if challenges arise during the transition home.
