Community Concepts’s office in Rumford (previously called Oxford County Mental Health Services) began in 1991 to help families and individuals with mental health and addiction needs. The center works with people of all ages, including children. Services include residential care at their Andy’s Place residence, in-person or virtual outpatient therapy, crisis help anytime, and full support from a team that focuses on recovery and wellness.

Community Concepts offers dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), outpatient counseling, group therapy, and support for recovery from substance use.
