Treatment was adequate. My loved one bought into 12 steps and did well from a therapeutic perspective. My loved one felt supported and developed several positive relationships with a few staff members. Financial charges are inaccurate. Aggressive in collecting cash payments to be paid directly to the facility. Questionable insurance billing practices. Does not honor contracts between insurance company. Terrible, unethical and grossly inaccurate financial procedures.

Connecting with outside programs upon discharge Lack of alternative programs like yoga, acupuncture The staff genuinely cares about helping you become the best you can be...very caring and supportive people. I was given many tools to use and fall back on and knew I had the support of many when I was on my own.

The ability to have clients dig deep within themselves to find the underlining issues that made the client turn to drugs and or alcohol was a strength of the facility. Not enough staff. Overall this facility is great and I would recommend to someone for treatment.

New Hope Provides room to grow on your own. The 30 day blackout stinks. The New Hope program is a family orientated program they encourage your family to come see you and that is motivation in a real way

Strengths: Strong Recovery treatment, visits to outside meetings. Weaknesses: too much drama, not very well organized. Solid facility, just feel like it could be better.
