Nestled amidst North Carolina’s majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, Hebron Colony Ministries is one of the oldest and most established residential treatment centers for chemically-dependent men struggling with substance abuse. Hebron Colony operates under the belief that addiction is an affliction that is physical, mental, and spiritual in nature, and it is through the word of Christ that individuals may be restored to achieve their full potential. Students battling addiction are invited to attend Hebron Colony free of charge for up to ten weeks, during which time they will be provided food, shelter, addiction counseling, scripture-based education, and more.

This is by far the nastiest place I’ve ever been. The living quarters are slums with nasty, old beds. Floor covering coming up everywhere. Also, the counseling is much of nothing.

I am a graduate of 92. Hebron colony showed me how to get my life back in order. The first day I arrived I sat on the wall looking at grandfather mnt. I thought there's no way I can stay here 10 weeks. After getting into the program and listening to Pastor on the day I was to leave , I sat on the same wall and said there is no way I can leave this place .i went home with my family and have been clean and sober ever since .i have a family member who desperately needs Gods healing. I pray he has the strength to go to Hebron and join the family .To God be the Glory

This place changed my family's life forever. My dad was an extreme alcoholic most of my childhood. He attended here when I was 11 years old over 16 years ago. He has been a Godly sober man ever since and has a close relationship with the Lord. I am now a Doctor and highly recommended this place to those who need a true life changing experience for themselves or loved one.

I had for years recognized my addiction as a detriment to my life. I had many spans of sobriety in my battle before Hebron. It was there that my life changed and now I\'m 10 years free. What was missing in my life was a relationship with Jesus Christ. Hebron gave me the break from the world i needed to renew that relationship.
