Medical detox, gender-specific residential care, long-term residential care, and a program for young adults are all available. Evidence-based treatment techniques and holistic services are used in each program. Clients participate in group and individual therapeutic services 7 days a week. Clients can enhance interpersonal effectiveness and learn from a community of peers in process groups, which meet five days a week. Dialectical behavioral therapy is used extensively in group therapy (DBT). Discover Recovery is a holistic organization, and their holistic program includes Reiki, massage, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, Tai Chi, and other therapies..
The Discover Recovery treatment center is a 40-bed facility located in Long Beach, Washington. Clients will enjoy comfortable accommodations in a supportive environment. All nutritious meals are made by in-house chefs, and there is a gym on site. Clients can also take advantage of the wonderfully unique sites that Long Beach has to offer.
