There no words to describe the absolute 10/10 quality of this place. The location is stunning. It is clean, food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is amazing. Beyond that, this staff is truly the best in the world. They treat their clients like family and everyone is invested in the healing process from start to finish. Every single staff member (including the owner, the director, the therapist, the nurses, the techs) are simply top notch. They changed my life in a way I cannot describe. Since arriving home, I am still being cared for by messages and calls. 💕. If you choose this center, you are giving yourself the greatest gift. It will not disappoint! I gained an entire loving family (staff and my fellowship of clients) just in my stay and I truly did not want to leave!!!

This is the best recovery I've been too. It's in a beautiful house in laguna beach with a great view. I learned a lot more about myself and about A.A that I didn't learn at other places. The staff is really what makes the place special. They have gone through the same struggles we addicts/alcoholics have gone through. It was such a smooth process starting from the beginning with John T. getting me there to all the staff there helping me out. Kat, Ryan, Lane, Alex, Mike, Dan, Brandi, Alvin. And the nurses are amazing as well. Keri, Marissa, Crystal, Victor, Alex. They are the glue that holds this place together. I have a special place in my heart for CCR and everyone there. I feel confident in my sobriety now. I recommend if you want to get sober to give them a call. It won't hurt.

Crystal Cove Recovery truly changed my life. When I came in, I was unsure of myself, carrying a lot of weight and fear about the future. The staff met me with compassion, patience, and real understanding. They didn’t just treat my addiction — they helped me rebuild my confidence, my mindset, and my hope

CCR has a great care team, the case managers, therapists and groups they lead are exceptional . The facility itself is top notch, extremely nice, they do their best to set their clients up for success on long term sobriety

Possibly add resources/staff towards insurance billing. It’s more so the insurance companies in general are slow, push back, etc and it a is time consuming I assume for CCR
