About Psynergy Cielo Vista
Psynergy Cielo Vista is located in the heart of the Salinas Valley with lush agricultural land, making it an ideal, rural setting for treatment. Cielo Vista was designed to help individuals who are transitioning from higher levels of care back into the community. This facility offers assessment, treatment plan development, individual therapy, individual rehabilitation counseling, family/collateral counseling, medication support, crisis intervention, and case management. In addition, they offer psychiatric care, equine therapy, and dual diagnosis treatment.
Upon admission to the program, a clinician will complete the initial mental health assessment and level of service need evaluation with the new patient. Afterwards, the clinician will work with the patient to develop a service plan, which will include what services an individual will need to meet their treatment needs and goals.
Psynergy primarily works with individuals who are eligible through county partner programs. The list of county programs are listed on their website. Alternatively, individuals who are self-funded can admit to Psynergy.
