About Patton Sober Living
Located in Dallas, Texas, Patton Sober Living provides a structured environment where men in a similar age range can receive therapy and practice healthy life routines. Staffed by individuals who have successfully recovered from addiction, they are dedicated to preventing relapses. In addition to recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, Patton Sober Living includes therapy for co-occurring disorders like mental health illnesses, pornography addiction, technology dependency, and other process addictions. Each week they facilitate an hour-long session with each individual and 3 evening group discussions, and they update family members on the individual's progress. Patton Sober Living uses daily alcohol tests and weekly drug tests at random times to ensure residents stay sober.

Mind, Body, and Spirit Care
Patton Sober Living is a Christian facility with a holistic care model. For the mind, they facilitate the 12-Steps of recovery and discuss progress through the steps in their Thursday evening group meetings. For the body, they provide free membership at the nearby LA Fitness center and offer 3 yoga sessions per week. Residents are required to exercise at the gym at least 3 times a week and encouraged to attend 1 yoga session each week. For the spirit, they provide morning meditations Monday to Friday at 9:30 a.m. 3-way prayer, and guidance meetings to share reflections.
Amenities
Patton Sober Living has an outdoor pool, a billiards table, and a living room TV. Each person gets a 3-foot-wide closet and storage supplies.

Housing for adolescents includes academic support for finishing high school and therapy geared toward teenage experiences. Patton Sober Living requires participants to work at least 25 hours a week or study in high school or college. The staff provides resume and interview support for men seeking jobs. Also, they provide daily chores to help residents build healthy routines.
