Adults, children, and adolescents who need more than weekly therapy can access structured outpatient mental health treatment at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Round Rock. Their on-site partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) support clients with anxiety, depression, mood, and trauma-related disorders while they continue living outside treatment.

Practice Skills with Clinical Support

Pathlight Round Rock uses mindfulness-based treatment approaches and master’s-level clinicians to help clients build practical skills for symptoms affecting daily life. Treatment includes weekly individual and family therapy, giving clients and loved ones space to work on coping, emotional regulation, communication, and continued support.

Choose the Right Level of Structure

The partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets 5 or 7 days per week for clients who need intensive support while living outside treatment. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets several days per week, giving clients more flexibility as they return to work, relationships, and home routines. Both levels help clients practice coping strategies in real time and bring challenges back to treatment for problem-solving.

Plan for Continuing the Path

Pathlight supports continued care through discharge planning, coping strategies, collaboration with outside providers, and referrals for ongoing support. After treatment, alumni and family members can access follow-up outreach, online resources, community events, and virtual support groups that extend connection beyond PHP or IOP.

Testimonial
As a therapist myself, I was daunted entering treatment and pursuing help for myself as a clinician. Pathlight helped me understand that this experience was not only critical to my livelihood and sustaining my career, but also that understanding pain and how to encounter life's hardships is only an asset to therapists. I sought guidance from my therapists on how to bring DBT and ACT from my recovery to my practice, and it has been life changing for myself and my clients.
