At Pathfinder, virtual treatment is fully built around clients’ lives. With no fixed start or end date, clients can stay engaged in care for as long as they need, booking appointments as their schedule allows. For people facing substance use disorders, Pathfinder offers a fully virtual continuum of care—including medically supported detox for complex substances such as 7-OH and cannabis, and benzodiazepines with supervised tapering, as well as intensive outpatient programs (IOP), trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive counseling, peer coaching, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) or psychiatric medications.
Participate in Virtual IOP without Judgment or Shame
The fully virtual services at Pathfinder offer the same level of care one would expect in a residential center, but without ever having to put life on hold. Clients can start with in-home detox, including daily virtual doctor visits. From there, intensive outpatient programs (evening hours available) are built around each person’s needs. It can include MAT, peer coaching, therapy for mental health, or care for pregnant and post-partum mothers. Their harm reduction approach means there’s no shame, no judgment, and no one-size-fits-all path.
Get Extra Support for Life after Treatment
Every client receives four full weeks of free aftercare, including weekly clinical sessions and peer coaching, to help them stay connected and supported during the transition back to daily life. This extra layer of care provides accountability as clients practice what they’ve learned and face new challenges.
