Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that it was as positive as I could have hoped for. Communication between staff is improving and is likely difficult. This issue has been addressed. As an addict, I felt it was important to refrain expecting too much as that was a behavior I had during active addiction. Expecting that everyone is human and tries their best to help will ensure that the true potential o this program will shine through. It was a life changing experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed treatment.

The staff was attentive, loving and very supportive during the recovery process. Could have multitude of rooms instead of one main group room to mix it up I attended Recovery Road in the past and slipped up after returning home and avoiding aftercare recommendations. When I realized I needed help I knew the only place I wanted to go was right back to Recovery Road, They are like family to me and welcomed me back without judgement.
