Adults who need more support than weekly therapy can access structured outpatient mental health treatment at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Sacramento. Their partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) support adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, OCD, and trauma-related concerns.

Practice Skills with Clinical Support

Pathlight Sacramento uses mindfulness-based treatment approaches and evidence-based therapies to help clients address patterns that keep symptoms active. Care may include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, and specialized trauma and OCD tracks.

Choose On-Site or Virtual Structure

Sacramento offers PHP and IOP both on-site and virtually, helping adults access structured care in the format that fits their needs. PHP meets 5 days per week for more intensive support, while IOP provides up to 11 hours of weekly clinical programming.

Plan for Continuing the Path

Pathlight includes assessment, intervention, and discharge planning as part of treatment. Clients and families can receive support with ongoing coping strategies, provider collaboration, referrals, alumni resources, and virtual support groups that extend connection beyond PHP or IOP.
