Review from Rehabs.com

I came to options straight out of prison as a dialysis patient with a very long addiction to methamphetamine's. I needed a change because I didnt want to die at 43 years old. Options gave me everything I needed to succeed in my recovery. I lived in their transitional housing the whole time I was there with a curfew I could come and go as long as I attended my classes. During the program we were required to do so many acupunctures. In addition, I always did meditation, group counseling and personal therapy along with personal counseling. They had a no smoking policy so there were classes to quit. There was also exercise or tai chi every day. I can keep going all day; they encouraged me to go back to school so now I am working on an associates degree, something I never thought possible and I qualify for the honors' program. The program is my grounding place when I feel down or upset I just find my way there and am always welcome. I stay connected with the staff on a personal level after I completed the program even before I returned as a volunteer. I would encourage anybody that needs help to try Options Recovery Services out. I know it may not work for everyone but they do a great job & have thousands of graduates. I always recommend friends to this facility. I have gone back as a volunteer just so I can be close to the program I feel that being there is my grounding point. I would re-enter if I ever needed to; I love this program and all it has to offer. This program saved my life and gave me everything I needed to recover.

Review from Rehabs.com

It was inexpensive Unhealthy food offered, dirty and old facility, improperly trained staff, no exercise room or classes offered. Not aloud to have a car, so getting to the required meetings didn't help make recovery easy. The only good thing about this facility was their ability to get me into transitional housing. That is where the healing truly began.
