In a calm, spa-like setting in downtown Ottawa, this clinic provides trauma-informed care for mental health challenges, trauma, and chronic pain. Available in person and online across Ontario, the clinic offers psychotherapy, neurofeedback, psychedelic therapy, preparation and integration support, pain management, and yoga. Care is available for children, teens, and adults, with focused support for veterans, first responders, and nurses, plus a free 15-minute consultation for new clients.

FlowState also offers guided yoga classes in partnership with Viroha Fitness Yoga. These sessions combine movement, breathwork, and meditation in a calm, welcoming space in the heart of Ottawa.
