NewPerspective Sober Living operates 2 women-owned sober homes on a shared property near Hyde Park in Tampa. It offers a welcoming community where residents support each other and focus on steady recovery. Staff promote safety, daily routines, and personal growth through peer connection and kind guidance, creating a calm, healing place to rebuild healthy habits.
Access Structured Support
The home offers weekly group therapy with a licensed counselor and free therapy 1–3 times weekly through an affiliated organization when needed. Recreational activities, weekly drug testing, and transportation help keep residents engaged. They support clients receiving buprenorphine/Sublocade and may accept clients receiving methadone on a case-by-case basis. Certain pain medications, sedatives, and stimulants (for example, Xanax and Adderall) are not permitted.

Living spaces feature private and shared rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, several indoor lounges, and outdoor areas for fresh air. Each bedroom includes a TV (plus 2 outdoor TVs), and all bedrooms are on the second level. Onsite laundry and easy access to downtown Tampa, shopping, and local 12-Step meetings make daily life convenient.

Cost is $1,050 for shared rooms or $1,550 for single rooms with a refundable $200 deposit. Single room payments can be biweekly or monthly; shared room payments are weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
