Richard Blair

Founder and CEO

Richard, the Founder and CEO of ALYST Health, has worked in the recovery field since 2002. Early on, Richard realized his passion for helping those afflicted with substance abuse. Over the past years, he has spent most of his career in the treatment field, facilitating interventions, detoxes, and coaching cases. Under Richard’s direction, ALYST Health became the first sober companion company to receive accreditation from the Joint Commission in 2018. He continues to work with other national partners to improve the standard of care for those struggling with addiction. With participant health and improvement as his main focus, Richard strives to inspire the motivation for change.

Mescal Wasilewski

Mescal Wasilewski

Clinical Director

Mescal has worked in the field of addiction and mental health for over 20 years, helping treat clients with a range of diagnoses and difficulties. Much of his work has been with those suffering from addiction and various mental health issues, and he has done extensive work with adolescent clients. He is a trained interventionist, experienced sober coach, and skilled case manager. He has had broad experience with numerous addictive behaviors, as well as comprehensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR Therapy. He is well versed in 12 Step and harm-reduction modalities.
