Care Options

Levels of Care

Everyone's recovery journey is unique. Whether it looks like residential rehab for 30 days, an outpatient program, or virtual therapy, you can find a level of care that fits your needs.
Detox
Typically the initial stage of treatment for substance use, focusing on medically supervised management of withdrawal symptoms.
Residential Rehab
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Sober Living
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.
Outpatient
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Virtual & In-Home Care
Not Offered at This Center
The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.
Intensive Inpatient
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Co-Occurring Mental Health
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

There approach to sobriety is what I liked about my experience there, for instance, the sheer number of people that was there along with me, with the same exact affliction,we all had to be there for each other other, and it worked.i was there in 2008,and I'm still here to think about it.amazing, really.

The staff were people who really about, teaching to see that you can change. Most of us that were there listened and talked about our addiction and their were some that thought it was just a place to get away from their daily routine back home. I learned a lot about myself and others also.Food was top notch, everything cooked fresh that day,eat as much as you wanted 7days a week. The staff had been in our shoes at one time or another so they could relate and vice versa.

My stay at the Watershed was a great experience. I was there 15 years ago and can’t thank them enough! They are not there to keep you sober people, they are there to give you the tools you need to do that. How you use those tools will determine your sobriety. Thankful Cynthia

Review from Rehabs.com

Thirty four hours after I arrived at the watershed, I had a heart attack and was rushed by ambulance to have a stent placed in my heart. I was at death\'s door when I finally gave up my addictions. I\'m now in my sixth year of sobriety. I showed up there with forty years of addiction, out of control diabetes, mental and psychological issues. The staff there brought me back from the gates of hell itself. That\'s a fact, not an exaggeration. I pray daily for the people who helped me, and for those who are there helping others. My world is so much more than I imagined it would be. I\'m traveling from California to Boyton Beach to hopefully see, and offer my heartfelt gratitude. God please bless these special people who are doing for messes like me what they cannot do for themselves. Watch over, and bless their families so they can devote their energy into helping others like me. In Jesus name, and with tears in my eyes, Amen.
