Outpatient Options

Gulf Coast offers a variety of outpatient treatment options including day treatment., day and evening intensive outpatient programs (IOP), lower level outpatient, and virtual treatment options. Outpatient services include individual therapy, medication management, holistic therapies, group sessions, and skill-building, all aimed at providing a well-rounded experience to support lifelong recovery. The center also offers Brainspotting therapy, a cutting-edge psychotherapy that combines Somatic Experiencing (SE) and EMDR to identify and address trauma through eye movement patterns, helping patients heal at a deeper neurological level.
