With the client at the center and active in helping to create their own plan, Galt Ocean’s trained staff create individualized treatment plans using a holistic approach. They offer a range of therapeutic options to help clients meet their recovery goals; cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acupuncture, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, brain mapping, and relapse prevention counseling. Galt Ocean believes in the effectiveness of the 12-Step approach and highly encourages participation in a 12-Step group or other recovery-focused meeting. To eliminate any transportation barriers, their staff can transport individuals to their recovery meetings.
