Their bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach integrates a full range of treatment methods. Clients interact with assessors, therapists, case managers, doctors, nurses, and other support staff. Inspire health combines evidence-based therapies with holistic services. Treatment can include 12-Step facilitation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), client-centered humanistic interventions, yoga, aquatic therapy, and meditation. Clients are provided a supportive peer group that understands the emotional challenges of recovery. In addition, clients can enjoy activities such as K1 go kart racing, movies, bowling, physical fitness, and meetings on the beach.
