The partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides a structured, daylong schedule of therapy and education while allowing clients to return home in the evenings. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers flexible sessions with group, individual, and psychiatric support, making it easier to balance treatment with daily responsibilities.

Receive Tailored Ongoing Support

AMFM Mental Health Treatment provides aftercare plans after any and all mental health programming and treatment options, in order to set clients up for success and lasting wellness. A client’s aftercare plan may include ongoing support groups to expand their support network, check-ins with ongoing therapy, additional coping strategies, or medication management. Family follow-up counseling sessions may be offered for those in need of additional support.
