It feels like a jail. Staff is constantly texting, and watching clients in order to continue their texting. It was not healthy. A lot of the staff are unprofessional. In addition; some of the staff to staff relationships appeared to be convoluted

Review from Rehabs.com

I attended the location in Indio, CA, which doesn't look like the Orange County, CA one, but the staff definitely makes up for it. During my vulnerable state, Carlos and Julian both took time to share their personal stories with me and made me feel welcomed. Nayeli reinforced the breathing and mindfulness principles which helped me bridge the gap. As a natural part of the process, each client will experience high points and low points in their recovery, and this team stays steadfast in all those moments. The gatherings were great and the pool was welcoming. Once you get use to the kitchen, you'll realize that it is well-stocked and the daily catered meals are great. I also appreciated the Roku (Netflix and YouTube) in each room, which for me, made my stay much more comfortable. My only recommendation is that they offer yoga/stretching and meditation sessions, even if straight out of YouTube. Also, an elliptical would of just made the stay a bit more comfortable, but not intolerable. Thanks guys for all your help!!

People working here were always looking out for me and ensuring that I was always comfortable. I mean, I cam here for detox so I was already in a rough spot coming into the program and they were always sympathetic to what I was going through and really there for me.

This place is a joke of a treatment center. They do not give a care about any clients there, their nurse is a joke, their staff is a joke, the only redeeming quality is the chef of the detox. The way they conduct themselves in every aspect from the intake from the discharge. Again this place is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend to my least favorite person. Hire a new staff, fix your rules, and learn how to run a rehab properly people. For the love of god stop accepting clients until those things are done.
